EQL Tech is hiring a CEO to lead and scale its innovative alternative school network, which redefines the high school experience through a hybrid, mastery-based model. You will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for expansion and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap to scale a proven, innovative educational model across multiple new locations.
- Lead all school operations, ensuring high standards while maintaining the innovative spirit of personalized learning.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class team of educators, 'Guides,' and operational staff.
- Own the P&L, fundraising efforts, and operational metrics while ensuring measurable, positive student outcomes.
- Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with students, families, and community partners to build a lasting movement.
