Job Overview A Central Monitor is a crucial skilled and clinically experienced professional within IQVIA's Central Monitoring Department. Delivers remote project support and assistance across multiple initiatives, locations, and teams while evaluating structured clinical data output with comprehensive medical chart access. Essential Functions: • Execute centralized monitoring activities for designated projects, evaluating study quality and integrity according to protocol, standard operating procedures, regulations, and guidelines. • Maintain precise internal systems, databases, and tracking tools/reports for project-specific information. • Manage trigger processes and prepare site documentation packages for respective locations and countries within assigned studies. • Potentially assist in developing fundamental data analytics frameworks and performing trend analyses for respective research projects. • Engage in study team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional personnel to validate information and address emerging or previously identified data challenges. • Communicate quality concerns regarding research sites to appropriate Centralized Monitoring Leadership. • Conduct detailed Subject Level Data Reviews requiring additional site investigation to confirm comprehensive accuracy (inclusion/exclusion criteria, investigational products, adverse events, laboratory results, study endpoints, serious adverse events, etc.). • Communicate and coordinate with clinical sites and research associates, tracking project milestones from initiation through study closure. • Serve as backup and complete tasks delegated by Central Monitor Experts and Centralized Monitoring Leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, nursing qualification, or near degree completion - Mandatory. • Minimum two years relevant monitoring experience (on-site or remote) - Mandatory. • Advanced Excel proficiency. • Advanced English language skills - Mandatory.
