About the Role
This position drives market access and adoption of cell therapy products by engaging key stakeholders, supporting account planning, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial engagement for assigned cell therapy accounts
- Develop and execute territory management strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account objectives
- Support customer education on therapy protocols and processes
- Facilitate communication between clinical sites and support teams
- Track and report on account performance metrics
- Identify barriers to patient access and recommend solutions
- Coordinate logistics for therapy delivery with site personnel
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product indications and safety
- Attend advisory boards and scientific meetings as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Provide input on market trends and competitive landscape
- Support training initiatives for healthcare providers
- Respond to inquiries from medical and pharmacy teams
- Work cross-functionally with patient access specialists
- Assist in the development of account-specific materials
- Monitor patient enrollment and treatment timelines
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at institutions
- Support site readiness assessments and onboarding
- Participate in post-launch performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Escalate critical issues to leadership promptly
- Contribute to process improvements in field operations
- Adhere to ethical and compliance guidelines in all interactions
- Travel frequently within the designated region
