ALDO Group is seeking a full-time, year-round CDL A Drill Operator to build and maintain a state-of-the-art PON/fiber network. In this hands-on role, you'll work outdoors, learn valuable technical skills, and make a direct impact on the community, with limited travel required for initial training.
What You'll Do
- Operate a horizontal directional drill or locate for the drill.
- Install, maintain, test, and repair buried and aerial fiber lines.
- Operate construction equipment such as trenchers, plows, excavators, and locators.
- Set pedestals, vaults, handholes, and other outside plant infrastructure.
- Operate bucket trucks as needed.
- Support fiber splicing and repair activities.
- Restore job sites and keep accurate project labels and markings.
- Be responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform work in all weather conditions.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Experience with drilling equipment, including their capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processes.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- A valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.

Work Mode
This is a local position based in the city, requiring minimal travel primarily for training purposes.
