ABB is looking for a CCDP Service Manager to create and lead a robust, scalable model for delivering our Core Common Data Product (CCDP) service. In this role, you will focus on high technical quality, efficiency, and productivity, directly impacting ABB's ability to deliver solutions globally. You will be instrumental in building internal expertise by insourcing key functions and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead integration between Ingestion and CCDP teams by developing a unified operating model.
- Define clear interfaces, ownership models, and shared responsibilities to strengthen collaboration.
- Champion adoption and ongoing development of DevOps practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Build ABB's internal expertise by insourcing strategic capabilities and reducing reliance on external vendors.
- Establish service attributes and become the go-to expert for service management.
- Serve as primary escalation point for major incidents to maintain service continuity.
- Lead service review meetings, foster collaboration, and drive improvements in service management.
- Work with Continuous Service Improvement teams to proactively develop and implement service enhancements.
- Participate in SLA and OLA creation meetings to set high standards for service performance.
- Execute service delivery strategy and oversee service delivery plan for assigned services.
- Manage daily cooperation with key suppliers, prioritizing actions and ensuring commitments are met.
- Ensure all work aligns with Corporate IS and other relevant ABB regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee service financials, managing budgets efficiently in accordance with ABB policies.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Significant experience in project planning and execution, including managing budgets and timelines.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous strong people leadership, leading and inspiring technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, the Scrum Framework, and the Microsoft technology stack (MS Stack).

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the CCDP Domain Owner and work closely with key stakeholders, including the CCDP Working Group and CCDP SteCom.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. The role can be based in Krakow, Poland or Bangalore, India.
