Austin Health is looking for a Casual Educator to provide flexible support across our early childhood services. You’ll be a key member of our team, stepping in where needed to ensure safe, inclusive, and enriching learning experiences for children while maintaining high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the center team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Willing to travel between other local services.
- Have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 7am - 6pm.

Work Mode
This is a local-city role based in Cooranbong, NSW. You will be expected to travel between local services as needed.
