Coperniq is hiring a Lead Frontend Engineer to join the Cashea team. You will lead the frontend engineering team, working closely with Product and Backend teams to build and deploy features. Our mission is to bring optimism back to Venezuelans by building innovative financial products dedicated to democratizing financial inclusion.

What You'll Do

Work alongside Product and Backend teams throughout the feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Break down complex requirements into manageable technical solutions and transform business logic into clean, understandable code.
Design scalable and maintainable architectures for complex features.
Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture guides, and establish standards for code and processes.
Guide technical decisions ensuring simplicity and effectiveness, and lead code reviews focused on maintainability and performance.
Mentor team members on problem-solving approaches.
Track and report on key performance indicators for the mobile team.
Implement monitoring systems to measure app performance metrics, set targets for crash rates and load times, and develop strategies to improve technical KPIs.
Present KPI dashboards and insights to management stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Successfully led the architecture of published Flutter applications.
4+ years of experience working with Flutter in production.
1+ years of experience leading teams.
Demonstrated ability to refactor complex features into maintainable solutions.
Created and maintained shared component libraries used across multiple apps.
Established testing strategies resulting in improved app stability.
Set up monitoring and crash reporting systems.
Implemented complex navigation patterns and deep linking.
Optimized app launch time and overall performance.
Led technical documentation initiatives that improved team efficiency.
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
Spanish and English proficiency.
Strong background in defining and tracking technical KPIs, with experience in data-driven development and performance optimization.
