CI&T is looking for a Mid-Level Front End Developer in Colombia. You will join a team dedicated to crafting robust digital products and delivering exceptional user interfaces for our clients.

What You'll Do

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications
Collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to implement feature specifications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Proactively identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and performance bottlenecks

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience in front-end web development
Proficiency with core front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment
