Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete client onboarding process by confirming all intake forms and admission agreements are finalized before services begin
- Keep client records current and accurate, including personal details, care preferences, and care plans, following internal and regulatory requirements
- Organize and refine caregiver schedules to ensure all approved service hours are covered
- Respond proactively to caregiver absences, resignations, and staffing shortages to avoid interruptions in care
- Source and integrate new caregivers as needed to sustain reliable service coverage
- Review and confirm daily visit records to support accurate and timely billing and payroll
- Handle updates to service authorizations, client discharges, pending contracts, and timesheet discrepancies with proper documentation
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, responding to questions and issues promptly and professionally
- Record all interactions, service changes, and incidents immediately and accurately
- Work with internal teams to promote operational clarity and efficiency
- Develop and sustain respectful, compassionate relationships with clients, caregivers, and external stakeholders
- Manage delicate situations with sensitivity, professionalism, and care
- Address urgent operational demands while upholding long-term service standards and compliance
