HRL Laboratories is hiring a Community Engagement Partner II for Care Access, playing a key role in our Community Partnerships team. You will be instrumental in supporting global expansion and enhancing study operations through focused community engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic community engagement initiatives to support global expansion.
- Build and nurture partnerships to improve study operations and participant outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute community partnership strategies.
- Develop and implement engagement plans tailored to diverse community needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in community engagement, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of strategies for global expansion and operational support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Tampa, FL.
