Pfizer is seeking a Cardiovascular Health and Science Professional (HSP) to join our Cardiology team in Tacoma, WA. You will be responsible for increasing territory sales and developing relationships with assigned customers by leveraging your market acumen and product knowledge to drive strategic business development.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
- Engage with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, identifying optimal live and virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships using a variety of digital tools.
- Analyze internal reports and data to identify and execute on strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly educate healthcare providers on product value propositions using approved disease state information and patient resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance company goals.
- Complete all administrative tasks on time and in full compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist), education, or full-time military experience. An associate’s degree with 6+ years or a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical marketing.
- Proven track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with the relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- Knowledge of the prescribers, healthcare professionals, and organizations within the posted territory.
- Residence within the Tacoma territory boundaries.

This role is part of the Cardiology (CARD) Team within Pfizer's Internal Medicine division.

- Salary Range: $73,100 - $189,200
