Jobgether is hiring a Carbon Services Data Analyst to join a collaborative, fully remote team across North America. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven sustainability initiatives and carbon management projects by analyzing critical data, generating reports, and communicating findings.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with Carbon, ESG, Sustainability Consulting, and Energy & Performance Engineering teams to deliver data-informed solutions.
Support clients and internal teams with GHG accounting, data management, validation, and Excel-based analysis.
Perform detailed analyses related to Scope 1-3 GHG inventories, target feasibility assessments, emissions forecasting, reduction modeling, and cost modeling.
Draft and co-deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate climate impact data and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to automate routine data cleaning and analysis tasks.
Conduct self-led research and leverage subject matter expertise to enhance technical knowledge of GHG standards, methodologies, and regulatory disclosures.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in a professional setting contributing directly to project delivery.
Passion for data analysis and climate action, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop analyses, create visualizations, and communicate results effectively.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience in sustainability data, GHG accounting, automation of data workflows, financial data analysis, project management, or climate science knowledge.
