What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and optimize scalable AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment.
Architect systems that enhance AI model capabilities and make complex data sets actionable.
Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to guide generative AI models effectively.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize applied AI use cases.
Analyze product usage trends to inform data-driven decisions and forecast generative AI applications.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, coaching, and technical guidance.
Ensure AI solutions maintain data security and comply with relevant regulations, including protected health information.
Contribute to API development and system integrations for AI-powered healthcare applications.

What We're Looking For

BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in cross-functional teams.
3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large, multi-table datasets.
3+ years acting as a trusted technical decision-maker, balancing short- and long-term business goals.
3+ years mentoring or coaching other engineers.
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks, large language models, generative AI, and prompt engineering strategies.
Strong software engineering skills for designing secure, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze product usage data and make actionable recommendations.
