Marabu Airlines is seeking an experienced and dedicated A320 NEO Captain to join its team at bases in Nuremberg, Leipzig, or Hamburg. The Captain will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and delivering an exceptional travel experience as part of a growing airline.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and crew during flights
- Lead and manage flight operations in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Deliver an exceptional in-flight experience for passengers
What We're Looking For
- Holding a valid EASA ATPL or equivalent
- Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid passport and right to work in the EU
- Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum of 1,000 hours on type (A320 family)
- Command experience on A320 family aircraft
- Valid and current Line Training and Proficiency Check (LPC) on A320
- English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or higher)
Nice to Have
- Experience with A320 NEO specifically
- Previous experience with low-cost carriers
- Multi-crew cooperation (MCC) training
- CRM (Crew Resource Management) certification
Technical Stack
Aircraft: Airbus A320 NEO, Flight Management Systems (FMS), EICAS/ECAM systems, IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) operations
Team & Environment
Part of flight operations team under Flight Operations Management, working with a full flight crew including First Officer and cabin crew, reporting to the Head of Flight Operations.
