About the Role

Worley is looking for a Camps Construction Manager to play an integral role delivering the workforce infrastructure for a major pipeline construction project across Alaska. What You'll Do

  • Lead site planning, layout development, and construction sequencing for camps designed to support large workforces in remote and extreme environments.
  • Ensure camps are delivered on schedule, within or below budget, and in compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Plan and oversee logistics and sustainment operations, including transportation, utilities, materials supply, and operational infrastructure for remote camp environments.
  • Manage the ongoing operations of camps during construction phases, ensuring facilities remain safe, reliable, and capable of supporting continuous workforce needs.
  • Coordinate and lead the strategic relocation of camps as pipeline construction progresses along the corridor.

  • Ensure camp infrastructure supports 24-hour construction operations in Arctic and cold-weather conditions.
  • Manage contractors, construction teams, and service providers involved in camp construction and operations.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain schedule and cost performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, particularly those governing remote Arctic construction and temporary infrastructure.
  • Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams, including logistics, construction, and camp operations personnel.
  • Develop and present project updates, strategic recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, processes, and tools supporting remote infrastructure delivery and workforce sustainment.
