Mozilla is seeking a Campaign Creative Lead for Firefox Marketing to guide the creative vision for our global campaigns. You will lead the development of bold marketing concepts and toolkits, balancing strategic vision with craft excellence to drive brand affiliation and conversion across owned and earned channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of campaign creative concepts and toolkits, working with global teams to adapt and activate in key markets.
- Bring bold creativity, innovation, and craft to marketing, helping audiences engage with Firefox as their browser of choice.
- Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver effective creative that drives conversion through the marketing funnel.
- Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts, leveraging audience insights to increase creative impact.
- Drive brand and product campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in North America, Germany, UK, France, Japan, India, and other markets.
- Provide mentorship and support to an ambitious internal team.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, ECD – Brand and Creative.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience leading creative work in an ad agency or in-house setting.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
- Ability to think about big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs.
- Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative.
- A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones and cultures.
- A proactive self-starter who is both collaborative and able to work independently.
