What You'll Do
As a consultant, you will support health system development by working alongside local stakeholders, including government agencies and community-based organizations. You'll play a key role in shaping and managing programs, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and transition processes.
You will contribute to financial oversight by supporting budget preparation, accounting functions, and audit activities. Your work will include analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and sustainability within health programs.
In addition, you will assist with drafting technical documents, preparing reports for donors, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Your input will help ensure projects meet objectives and align with local priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program planning and management
- Background in accounting, budgeting, and financial audit processes
- Skills in business process analysis and systems improvement
- Experience with project start-up and close-out procedures
- Strong capabilities in technical writing and donor reporting
- Ability to manage partnerships and engage stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with communications and graphic design is an asset
