Remote Talent Cloud is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative to drive revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. You’ll be a key player in our sales efforts from a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers
- Present products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Address customer questions and objections to close sales effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies
- Collaborate with teammates and share insights to continuously improve sales performance
What We're Looking For
- Must be located within the United States
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language
- A reliable Internet connection and computer
- A confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office

- Previous sales or call center experience
