Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will convert a high volume of inbound calls into actionable leads for towing operations, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Identify customer needs effectively and offer solutions aligned with towing services.
- Convert calls into quality leads and ensure accurate job creation and assignment.
- Operate within a shift-based schedule supporting Pacific Time operations in a 24/7 call center.
- Maintain professionalism and clarity in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log interactions and ensure timely escalation when needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A reliable remote setup meeting specified computer, internet, and power backup requirements.
- Comfort working Pacific Time-based shifts in a fully remote environment.
