Gannett Fleming is looking for a CAD Designer (Pipelines) to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. You will be responsible for producing precise models, plans, and construction drawings for pipeline engineering projects.

What You'll Do

Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for pipeline systems.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Ensure all CAD deliverables meet project specifications, company standards, and client requirements.
Perform quality checks on drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.
Support project teams through various design phases, from concept to construction documentation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a CAD designer, drafter, or technician, with a focus on pipeline, civil, or mechanical systems.
Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
Strong understanding of drafting principles, engineering standards, and geometric dimensioning.
Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and markups.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.

Nice to Have

Experience specifically with pipeline layout, routing, and supporting details.
Familiarity with GIS data integration or BIM workflows.
Associate degree or certification in CAD, drafting, or a related technical field.
