Inspiroz is hiring a Business Technology Specialist to support a commercial property management client's rapid growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical representative integrating 20-30+ newly acquired offices annually into a standardized, cloud-based technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead technology integration and onboarding for newly acquired locations.
- Develop and refine a repeatable onboarding plan and infrastructure standards.
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal onsite technician teams.
- Provide Level 2+/3 technical expertise for integrations, migrations, and endpoint management.
- Architect and validate cloud-based solutions within a fully Microsoft environment.
- Ensure consistent device experience, security, and best practices across 50+ offices.
- Help shape the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the customer's growth strategy.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2+/3 engineering skillset.
- Strong experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Entra ID and Intune.
- Experience with Meraki networking (switching, wireless, security appliances).
- Background in project coordination or technical project implementation.
- High emotional intelligence and a people-first communication approach.
