As a Business Systems Architect, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, from solution design and configuration to testing and ongoing support. You'll work closely with business teams to understand operational challenges and deliver technology solutions that improve performance and streamline processes.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 to support core business functions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications through collaboration with stakeholders
- Configure and customize applications, including integration with Power Apps and Microsoft Office tools
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve system issues impacting business operations
- Develop and execute test plans, validation strategies, and documentation for system changes
- Create training materials and lead user enablement initiatives for new and updated features
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with organizational goals
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- At least three years in IT roles involving system analysis, validation, and technical documentation
- Proven ability to manage complex system changes and collaborate across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field
- Certification in relevant software platforms
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment
- Project management experience
