Trane Technologies is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Intern to work within our business operations support and information technology departments. You will assist our field organization in process and application support of multiple business systems, helping maintain system integrity and resolve issues. This internship is located at our La Crosse, Wisconsin facility.
What You'll Do
- Log in and respond to support calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues and coach users on process tasks and system functionality.
- Identify process and application problems and provide resolutions.
- Observe and document malfunctioning software.
- Create user guide documentation and update existing process documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for application deployment.
- Lead and/or assist with project work within business operations support.
- Complete application setups.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a full-time student.
- Must be enrolled in a 2-year finance, management information systems, business administration, computer science, information technology, data science or related program OR in a bachelor's degree program in finance, management information systems, business administration, computer science, information technology, data science or related discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
Nice to Have
- Business system experience preferred.
