IIX - Impact Investment Exchange is hiring a Business Systems Analyst - Indonesia

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements in a software product or SaaS environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating stakeholder sessions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Jira, or equivalent)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with ESG, impact investing, sustainability reporting, or financial services platforms
Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, or system integration concepts
Background in or exposure to UX research or product management
Experience working in a small, cross-functional team in the Asia-Pacific region
Proficiency in a second Asian language is an advantage
