About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and improving business systems used across the organization, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration between platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain core business applications including CRM and internal tools
- Configure system settings and user permissions based on role requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal teams
- Collaborate with departments to identify process inefficiencies
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual tasks
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary
- Support onboarding and training for new system users
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for support and upgrades

- Lead system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Evaluate new tools and technologies for potential integration
- Assist in deploying software updates and patches
- Create reports and dashboards for operational insights
- Manage user accounts, access levels, and role-based controls
- Respond to change requests for system modifications
- Ensure integrations between platforms function correctly
- Provide escalation support for complex technical problems
