Responsibilities
- Lead the technical rollout and integration of new platforms and features
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system upgrades and new software
- Collaborate with IT development groups to accurately interpret business needs
- Engage in testing, verification, and release of new tools and functionalities
- Diagnose and fix problems affecting data integrity and application performance
- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to find automation and enhancement opportunities
- Assess technical viability and potential effects of proposed solutions
- Build data structures and process flows for new system deployments
- Record technical design and system interconnections
- Track system efficiency and suggest performance improvements
- Oversee technical components of implementation initiatives, from planning to delivery
- Formulate project schedules, milestones, and staffing needs for technical rollouts
- Partner with business teams to gather needs and convert them into technical requirements
- Deliver technical guidance and user support for newly adopted systems
- Keep updated on evolving technologies and sector developments
