Key Responsibilities: Consulting Operations - Architect repeatable methodologies for client engagement lifecycle management - Supervise resource allocation tools supporting project staffing and optimization - Execute capacity modeling against current and potential engagement opportunities - Manage organizational performance metrics including billing precision and engagement effectiveness Go-to-Market Operations - Maintain CRM opportunity integrity with timely interdepartmental updates - Support organizational proposals, contract development, and strategic risk assessments - Generate executive-level performance reporting on growth trajectories - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to analyze customer acquisition and retention dynamics Revenue Operations - Construct comprehensive dashboards tracking financial performance metrics - Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition and strategic deal structuring - Support comprehensive annual planning and financial forecasting Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline - 5+ years experience in operational excellence roles, preferably within technological consulting - Comprehensive understanding of diverse consulting engagement models - Advanced analytical capabilities with technical proficiency in spreadsheet and CRM platforms - Proven track record managing utilization and performance metrics - Demonstrated success improving organizational efficiency and financial performance - Exceptional cross-functional communication skills - Adaptable to dynamic, collaborative professional environments - Occasional travel readiness - Valid U.S. work authorization Preferred Qualifications: - Background in automation, robotics, or advanced technological environments - Understanding of subscription-based revenue frameworks - Experience managing market opportunities in advanced CRM platforms - Advanced degree or equivalent high-growth technology experience - Expertise scaling professional service practices - Project management certification Compensation range spans $125,000 - $160,000 with comprehensive equity and benefits package.
