Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Business Project Specialist for the Proclaim Benefit Utility. This role directly supports the Proclaim Plan Automation and QA teams, ensuring process consistency and improving operational performance. You will serve as the key business partner contact for Sales, enterprise project teams, Claims, and other service partners, responsible for timely and accurate benefit automation end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Act as Benefits expert for Strategic Product & Service initiatives to maintain operational Service, Productivity & Quality.
Develop and share realistic Op Impact Assessments for initiatives with Operational Leads and Project teams.
Work with management, technical coaches and training to implement action plans for change/improvement.
Ensure workflow consistency among teams and across claim platforms.
Recommend process improvements to impact the quality and timeliness of Proclaim Benefits.
Develop innovative ideas for driving department results.
Serve as a business and technical resource for Tech Coaches and Management.
Serve as Benefit Consultant for PBAB, ERC, Claims, Implementation and other service partners.
Act as key Proclaim Plan Automation partner to ensure quality & timely templates, BOTs and macro builds.
Serve as contact for Production Support for definition and prioritization of system problems and enhancement requests.
Perform testing of Plan Automation function changes prior to system releases and sign off on operational performance.
Provide clarification on the application of protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
Identify global trends related to Systems and Benefits to Management for action plan development.
Actively participate in providing coaching to employees when appropriate.
Work with Trainer, front-line managers and QA to identify trends from quality data to develop action plans.
Identify best practices for the organization and be responsible for implementation.
Participate and/or take leadership role in special projects as requested.
Drive specific initiatives with limited Management support.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
3+ years Proclaim Plan Automation experience
Proficient knowledge of Plan Specs, ePro, Leg tool, Proclaim Claim System, Access, Word and Excel
Knowledge applying project management principles and methodologies
Demonstrated business and technical acumen; technical experience in operations including Benefits and Claim
Self-starter mindset working autonomously with minimal direction
Proven ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders and business partners
Demonstrated proficiency to troubleshoot and problem solve issues
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficient using MS Office software
Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
