About the Role

We are hiring a Business Partner Lead to design, develop, and implement strategic marketing programs and pricing strategies for our products and services across the Northeast, Michigan, and Ohio region. In this role, you will align account strategy, provide direction to unit teams, identify growth opportunities, and drive business prioritization and planning.

What You'll Do

  • Align account strategy with Strategic Account Leads and Managers; collaborate with unit teams and squads on strategy and business planning.
  • Provide direction and coaching to Unit Strategic Account Managers to achieve business targets.
  • Identify account coverage gaps and prioritize accounts for growth to achieve P&L targets.
  • Prioritize accounts for coverage that are not part of the standard SAL/SAM structure.
  • Identify and coordinate growth opportunities with unit Business Unit Leads and Strategic Account Leads.
  • Drive business prioritization and planning across all accounts to support the full portfolio go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide partner insights and opportunities to facilitate Business Unit P&L target attainment.
  • Own the strategic assessment of the distribution access strategy.
  • Build an account network and act as a connector between field squads and Strategic Account Leads/Managers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Enabling Teams to align on strategies and procure support services.
  • Create, customize, and personalize unit business plans.
  • Align and activate year-over-year business growth plans between squads and partners.
  • Co-own the integration of go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, including digital and new solution selling approaches.
  • Challenge stakeholders to focus on holistic cross-portfolio value creation.
  • Upskill account management practices for effective cross-portfolio integration and execution.
  • Communicate and facilitate strategy and tactics to develop mutually beneficial business solutions.
  • Build relationships and trust with all stakeholders to foster local resolution of conflicts and issues.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to drive execution of account plans.
  • Ability to quickly adapt selling and solution approaches to leverage digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to quickly build strategic relationships and influence behavior through trust and inclusivity.
  • Advanced account management and business planning skill set.
  • Willingness to invest in financial acumen and develop skills to drive top and bottom-line growth.
  • Ability to achieve business results in a relatively autonomous environment without direct supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to strategically delegate decision-making to the lowest level possible.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
