As a Business Outcomes Partner in Media Strategy, you will lead the development of high-impact strategic recommendations that directly influence client business performance. Working closely with client teams and internal partners, you'll translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring strategies are grounded in both market trends and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Advise client teams with strategic, insight-led guidance that connects media activity to business goals.
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen strategic discipline in planning, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor and interpret macro-level shifts in media and consumer behavior, sharing informed perspectives to guide decision-making.
- Create frameworks, best practices, and strategic assets that raise the overall capability of the Media Consulting and Activation team.
- Shape compelling narratives for new business pursuits, using data to inform strategic positioning.
- Stay current with evolving platforms, technologies, and measurement methodologies shaping the media landscape.
- Advance thought leadership through internal and external content, including reports, presentations, and articles.
- Champion innovation by identifying and integrating new strategic tools and approaches.
- Challenge conventional thinking while respecting operational constraints and business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in media strategy, strategic planning, or communications planning with a strong grasp of marketing, media ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency with research and insights tools such as GWI, MRI, Mintel, WARC, NMI, and Comscore.
- Experience extracting insights from advanced measurement techniques including brand lift, sales lift, marketing mix modeling, and attention analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build integrated strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven success working with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor deeply embedded in their business.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality strategic output.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging audiences at all organizational levels.
- Track record of contributing to successful new business wins across diverse industries and client sizes.
