Responsibilities

- Collaborate with local teams to resolve service disruptions quickly

- Support the implementation of process improvements
- Respond to urgent operational requests with minimal delay
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
- Work cross-functionally to align operations with business goals
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures during live workflows
- Analyze root causes of recurring problems
- Develop documentation for common operational scenarios
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Coordinate communication between departments during critical events
- Optimize response times for operational alerts
- Use data to inform decisions during live incidents
- Maintain focus on customer impact during issue resolution
- Support the execution of time-sensitive operational tasks
- Provide feedback on system limitations affecting operations
- Help refine escalation protocols based on real-world use
- Ensure timely follow-up on open operational items
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and action plans
