About the Role

Traba is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to join our Live Operations team in Colombia. In this role, you will be the operational linchpin, ensuring daily marketplace operations run smoothly and delivering a positive, trusted experience for both workers and businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure all marketplace shifts are executed flawlessly.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
  • Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape daily operations accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform.
  • Provide excellent support for workers before, during, and after their shifts.
  • Resolve worker support issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with and manage workers to meet client staffing requirements.
  • Ensure workers are accurately clocked in and out for correct payment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product efficiency.
  • Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives when needed.
  • Help build and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems.
  • Help workers use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in customer success, business support, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.
  • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers.
  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
  • Grit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
