At Toast, we’re building a restaurant technology platform that helps our customers run and grow their business. We’re looking for a Business Operations Representative I (West Coast) to join our team. This role ensures restaurants join Toast with 100% data integrity by verifying complex data points, reviewing contracts, and managing the technical handoff to Onboarding. You will be the critical link between our Sales and Onboarding organizations.
What You'll Do
- Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance.
- Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey.
- Own the high-volume 'sprint' at the end of each sales cycle, managing an influx of deals to ensure all customer contracts are officially processed and booked by the month-end deadline.
What We're Looking For
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work PST hours.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence prioritizing and making time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency.
- Relentless problem-solver.
