Onebrief is hiring a Business Operations Data Analyst to define and lead the build-out of our company-wide Data Analytics practice. You will establish the foundational systems for how we govern, analyze, and act on data to enable better decisions across the organization. Your work will help us understand and measure customer impact by developing clear value metrics.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead Onebrief’s analytics foundation, from governance and tooling to reporting.
- Develop customer value metrics and impact frameworks that define how we measure success.
- Design scalable data pipelines and dashboards that unify insights across teams.
- Partner with Customer Relations, Product, Sales, and Engineering to turn data into strategic decisions.
- Deliver role-based reporting and executive insights that drive alignment and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- A strong background in applied analytics, operations research, or a similar field.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- An active Top Secret clearance.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in high-growth SaaS, enterprise, or defense technology environments.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks such as AWS, Grafana, Fivetran, or similar.
