SereneAid is looking for an Business Intelligence Analyst - Intermediate to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance workforce insight dashboards using Power BI for the Contact Centre Program, ensuring accurate data reporting and effective stakeholder engagement. You will lead the project lifecycle from planning to release.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop a Power BI Workforce Insights Dashboard consolidating HCM data metrics.
- Lead all stages of the project lifecycle — planning, stakeholder engagement, prototyping, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align business objectives with reporting requirements.
- Document technical and business processes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Create and deliver training materials to support end-users and internal teams.
- Track and manage tasks, timelines, and action items; escalate issues or risks when needed.
- Communicate findings and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare presentations and demos for stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security compliance across all dashboard components.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and developing dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with HCM or workforce data is an asset.
