WEX Inc is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst III to partner with our analytics community, risk teams, and commercial groups. You will create best-in-class reporting to monitor WEX product and portfolio performance across the customer lifecycle. Your insights will help find opportunities to improve credit journeys and control future losses.

What You'll Do

Partner with the WEX analytical community to ensure data availability for use cases and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with commercial teams, LOBs, and risk functions to identify KPIs and KRIs.
Leverage SQL and Python to query data and run analysis.
Develop dashboards and packaged reporting for key stakeholders.
Review KPI/KRI reporting for trends and pair with business activities to drive actionable outcomes.
Prepare strategic reporting and action plans for management in collaboration with LOB and risk stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact for business requests from commercial teams and Finance.
Communicate with data vendors to bring in external data and monitoring tools for risk analytics.
Automate reporting using Tableau and other tools.
Create presentations for business and risk leaders to report findings.
Trace data origins in processes and operations to ensure correct interpretation.
Help identify root causes for adverse trends in risk or credit performance.
Propose actionable insights to reduce credit risk while supporting growth targets.
Evaluate and query complex data sets to shape financial forecasts.
