Allina Health is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Associate to support our mission of providing exceptional care. In this role, you will gather reporting requirements, maintain BI tools, and develop reports and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

Collect and maintain a comprehensive set of business reporting requirements.
Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
Communicate with operations leaders to determine specific business requirements for reports and BI solutions.
Implement BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Maintain an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.
Assist in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision-making, efficiency, and performance.
Work with data colleagues to propose data schema and data flow optimizations for reporting performance and enhancement.
Process data extracts using data retrieval and management tools.
Ensure optimum service to all internal and external partners in response to requests for service and information.
Ensure database integrity, security, and optimized performance at the application and database level.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or a related healthcare or scientific discipline.

Nice to Have

Master’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or a related healthcare or scientific discipline.
1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, including proficiency with tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview.
1+ years of experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting.
