TensorOps is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into insights that drive business value. In this role, you will support data engineering and visual analytics, designing dashboards and conducting detailed analyses to support growth in a collaborative, data-first culture.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Figma, Tableau, and Excel.
Perform ETL processes using Tableau Prep and Python to transform data from sources like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and insights regarding profitability, case volume, quality claims, market price fluctuations, and geographical supply chain optimization.
Prepare and present findings and dashboards to stakeholders.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, and Operations to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and BI solutions.
Balance multiple BI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the Business Intelligence Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up to date with the latest BI tech stacks and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficient in SQL/MySQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
Experience using Python to automate ETL workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively on a team.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Fivetran, or Airflow.
Experience with data modeling best practices (star schema, snowflake, slowly changing dimensions, etc.).
