Role Overview
This position acts as a strategic human resources advisor, working closely with business leaders to design and implement HR solutions that support organizational objectives. The manager ensures HR initiatives are closely aligned with business priorities, particularly in the areas of talent, culture, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with HR teams across Practice Areas and Service Centers to coordinate service delivery and meet business requirements.
- Apply assessment methodologies, including 360-degree feedback and behavioral profiling tools, to evaluate leadership capabilities and identify development opportunities.
- Represent HR as a trusted advisor, communicating available resources and reinforcing the value of HR programs across the organization.
- Lead or contribute to strategic proposals addressing critical business challenges within a designated segment.
- Oversee the execution of HR services, ensuring appropriate resourcing and alignment with business needs.
- Analyze workforce data and organizational trends to inform decision-making and shape improvements in HR processes.
- Support the design and implementation of talent strategies, including job evaluations, decision rights analysis, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR programs are delivered effectively and contribute to measurable outcomes in employee engagement, satisfaction, and operational performance.
Work Environment
This role requires extended periods of sitting and consistent computer use throughout the workday, typically exceeding 50% of working hours. The position operates in an onsite work environment.
