ESSS is hiring a Business Executive to develop new business opportunities through the consultative sales of simulation software and services. You will be responsible for identifying strategic customer problems where simulation delivers significant technical and economic impact, leading the complete complex sales process from diagnosis to closure.
What You'll Do
- Develop business opportunities through consultative sales of simulation solutions (software and services).
- Identify and articulate strategic customer problems where simulation generates technical and economic impact.
- Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders within accounts, including executive, technical, and financial levels.
- Scale opportunities within the client organization, accessing decision-making levels such as management, directors, and C-level when necessary.
- Lead the complete complex sales process: problem diagnosis, economic value building, business case development, and closure.
- Manage the pipeline by applying structured consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
What We're Looking For
- +5 years in B2B consultative sales of technology or complex software.
- Track record of managing complex accounts with multiple decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to access executive decision-making levels within clients.
- Experience building business cases and ROI to justify technology investments.
- Knowledge of structured sales processes (MEDDIC).
