Chime is hiring a Business Development Representative to be central to revenue growth by generating and rigorously qualifying pipeline for the Account Executive team. This remote role accelerates a sales career within a world-class go-to-market organization.
What You'll Do
- Own your pipeline number and be accountable for qualified opportunities created.
- Manage a multi-channel outreach process across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and find better angles faster.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities to ensure they are well-qualified.
- Collaborate actively with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing, sharing market insights and patterns.
- Attend team meetings, training, and call reviews with genuine engagement.
- Bring your ideas and suggest better approaches.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of BDR or sales development experience
- Track record of hitting targets
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience using AI productivity tools
- Organized, disciplined, and reliable
- Collaborative by nature
- Able to operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment

- Experience in SaaS or a technical industry
