Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for clients seeking solutions and support
- Enhance customer-centric sales abilities to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio and service offerings
- Achieve defined targets related to qualified leads, response times, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
- Pursue new business from inbound and marketing-sourced leads
- Identify customer challenges and map them to appropriate solutions for enterprise-level opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as account executives, marketing, and sales operations
- Track, report, and manage all sales activities and outcomes using Salesforce
- Contribute actively to refining and improving team workflows and processes
