Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for customers seeking solutions
- Enhance customer-centric sales skills to provide an excellent customer experience
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Achieve and maintain targets for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue
- Generate new business opportunities from the existing customer base
- Identify strategic target accounts with strong use cases using qualitative and data-driven methods
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including account executives, marketing, sales operations, and other BDRs
- Contribute to team-wide campaigns or initiatives
- Craft engaging emails and letters, and make compelling calls and questions
- Track, report, and manage sales activities and results using a CRM system
- Participate in the development and improvement of team processes
Requirements
