Airrack is looking for a Business Development Representative to open doors for our ambitious YouTube video production. You’ll conduct cold outreach to secure permissions and partnerships for upcoming video concepts.
What You'll Do
- Take contact lists and work through them via phone, email, and LinkedIn to get yeses on locations, vendors, talent, and access.
- Pitch Airrack and video concepts to people who've never heard of us and get them excited to work with us.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close access deals for upcoming video concepts.
- Work across multiple video concepts simultaneously, some of which are 3–6 months out.
- Pass locked options and confirmed yeses to the Assistant Producer for production planning.
- Track all outreach, follow-ups, and status in a shared system.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, ISA (Inside Sales Agent), or similar cold outreach role.
- Experience making 50+ calls in a day.
- Great on the phone; can talk to anyone, pitch anything, and handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Relentless follow-up; finds another way in if someone doesn't respond.
- Desire to work in content and entertainment.
- Self-directed; doesn't need daily check-ins to ensure work is done.
Nice to Have
- Watch YouTube and understand why someone would want to be part of a video like this.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar outreach tools.
