Solution Engagement & Customer Advisory
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders to understand operational goals and constraints
- Lead discussions centered on return on investment, efficiency gains, and business transformation potential
- Deliver compelling in-person or virtual presentations that translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing workflows, systems, and processes—ranging from short evaluations to multi-week engagements
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements, including high-level implementation roadmaps
Technical & Market Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of key technologies shaping modern manufacturing, including Additive Manufacturing, CAD, PLM, ALM, IIoT/IoT, MES, and AI. Understand how these capabilities integrate into customer environments and where AI-driven enhancements can accelerate product development cycles.
- Match customer needs with appropriate solutions and connect them with internal specialists
- Support the creation of Statements of Work and solution proposals with technical and business context
- Coach sales teams on effective positioning and value articulation
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership to align offerings with market demand
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape future strategies and service development
