Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across multiple online marketplaces. In this remote role based in India, you will blend technical knowledge of web and mobile app development with strong commercial acumen to engage clients, understand their needs, and close deals independently.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute sales strategies across marketplaces such as Upwork, Guru, and Fiverr.
Identify, bid on, and secure new business opportunities by responding effectively to RFPs and client requests.
Coordinate client meetings to gather detailed requirements and propose tailored digital solutions.
Collaborate with technical managers to obtain accurate effort estimates for project proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals with minimal supervision.
Support continuous improvement of sales and pre-sales materials in collaboration with the team.

Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours, including on-call availability.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field with at least 60% marks.
