What You'll Do
Take ownership of growing refined petroleum product sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with both current clients and qualified prospects. Build strong relationships that support long-term customer engagement and revenue expansion.
Work closely with the supply team to implement strategic directives from wholesale leadership, ensuring alignment across operations. Play a key role in negotiating spot transactions to enhance product value and improve gross margin performance.
Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities in the CRM system, adhering to established sales processes. Collaborate with regional teams and leadership to align on goals and execute shared initiatives effectively.
Manage pricing strategies for discretionary rack and delivered customers, balancing competitiveness with profitability. Partner with internal departments to establish contracts and ensure seamless integration with inventory and credit systems for accurate invoicing.
Use performance reports to inform decisions and provide actionable insights to leadership. Support compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and company procedures in every aspect of the role.

Work Environment
This position operates in Texas with core working hours aligned to Central Time (8 AM–5 PM). Some after-hours availability is expected to support customer needs as required. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to structured sales processes.
