Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pediatric healthcare
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical institutions and clinicians
  • Present virtual care solutions to key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to pediatric needs
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network
  • Develop strategic plans for regional market expansion
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with healthcare partners
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements in pediatric digital health
  • Support marketing initiatives with real-world clinical insights
  • Gather feedback from providers to inform product development
  • Coordinate pilot programs with pediatric departments
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy standards
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
  • Deliver training sessions for clinical staff on new technologies
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and medical users
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Drive adoption of virtual reality tools in pediatric therapy settings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pediatric treatment protocols
  • Contribute to long-term business strategy based on field observations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of three years in healthcare sales or business development
  • Experience working within pediatric healthcare environments
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement processes
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient data regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
