Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the global market.
- Generate leads based on recent intent buying signals and manage the lead pipeline to make BD more predictable.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key industries and markets (e.g., startups, SMEs, enterprises).
- Qualify, segment, and prioritize outbound leads using structured frameworks to ensure efficient pipeline management and focus on high-value opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from Outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build & nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing value-driven solutions, timely communication, and consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor pitches and presentations.
- Educate potential clients on how our AI-enabled design and development services can solve business problems and create value.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into outbound messaging and campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives as the team scales.
- Should have an understanding of government and enterprise procurement cycles and should know how to apply to RFIs and RFPs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales reports.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Requirements
- Holding minimum 8+ years of experience in an IT services firm focused on B2B Outbound sales.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet & Slides/PowerPoint software
- MUST BE A go-getter
