Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Business Development Lead - West to drive strategic growth for Property and Asset Management. You will lead the identification, development, and nurturing of new opportunities in Engineering Services, Material Procurement, and Automation. This role serves as the single point of contact for clients in the West region, managing both service delivery and business development for our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Research, schedule meetings, and build relationships with potential clients to convert opportunities into wins.
- Work closely with Head West to plan methodologies and pitches, utilizing market and competitor knowledge to develop unique selling propositions.
- Manage clients for various AMC contracts, R&M jobs, and other assigned works.
- Manage vendors to execute jobs with agreed SLA and TAT.
- Develop new business and solutions for clients.
- Achieve targets set by management.
- Maintain 100% documentation including billing, bill collection, vendor payment, and client presentations.
- Facilitate site visits, explain pricing, handle negotiations, and support documentation closure for Strategic Business opportunities.
- Prepare baseline presentations, commercial proposals, and other required presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
- Six-year experience in handling electromechanical equipment at site.
- Some exposure to Business Development.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Multi-tasking ability.
- An eye for detail and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
- Great time management and organisational skills, good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- A working knowledge of Facility or Property Management of any asset class.
- Knowledge of planning tools like MS Project or ERP tools.
