About the Role

Grundwerk Digital is seeking a Business Development Associate (m/w/d) to join our team. This role focuses on modern tech sales, where you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with decision-makers and testing outreach strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule appointments with decision-makers.
  • Test outreach strategies and copy using AI.
  • Qualify leads, manage sales tools, and learn go-to-market strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Either a university degree or 1–2 years of sales experience.
  • Drive, clarity, and strong communication skills.
